Travel insurance recommendations

Hi, I have just booked a holiday in Florida this coming November which will be my first long haul flight since having clots on my lungs and heart at the end of 2014. My cardiologist has approved the trip and given advice on extra anticoagulants ( I’m on warfain for life), proper compression stockings and staying hydrated during the flight but I obviously need to have good travel insurance. Does anyone have any recommendations of someone who will cover me ( I also have numerous other health problems) without ripping me off.
