Trazodone and melatonin??

Anyone take this combo? If so, how much melatonin? Still struggling w sleep on 150 mg of traz.

    From comments on this site, zopiclone in 7.5mg tablet size is a favourite sleeping pill prescribed by many GPs in the UK.  I have not found it available OTC (over the counter) in the UK though I was able to get it easily in Spain (where these restrictions seem to be interpreted more sensibly).  You could ask your GP for a prescription, if your body is getting used to trazadone?

      Interesting! I will google, I’m in the states so I’m not sure how available it is. I wish I could go to Spain to pick some up! I think it is, or I need to adjust the dose. I lowered last night and added one Xanax and I slept really well.
