Have you seen a doctor and have you been diagnosed LS?

?At first you may be prescribed clobetasol.  It's a steroid ointment that one needs to apply in very small amounts.

?Next to that you may like to take baking soda baths (1/3 cup in a full bath) and rinses (three pinches in a Perin bottle) after every bathroom visit.  And/or borax baths(approx 1/6 cup in a full bath) and rinses (three pinches dissolved in warm water).  Both can be soothing.   For moisturizing I use coconut oil.

?It is a bit of trial and error unfortunately.  We are all a bit different.  Also wise to look into your diet - sugar is a sure trigger for me.  I follow a strict diet.

?And in addition - it takes a bit of time, patience and diligence.  There is no instant cure, more something like a constant maintenance, I'm sorry to say.

Hope this helps you on your way.

Renee please no go CraZy 😜

In fact if you do you will be joining a resilient band of woman who all are sufferers of this sneaky,  sly, painful 🔥

    Incurable condition.

Tho, it can be managed through trial and error.  Every woman's minerals vary so what is good for one may not be good for another.

This forum will highlight all sorts of products some of which will help.

It would be good to know what you have tried so far sweetheart.   How long since you were diagnosed with LS, you know that sort of thing, perhaps share what you are experiencing now.
