treatment for Lichen Sclerosus

I posted on this forum 2 years ago.  I was doing pretty good with maintence for LS ..Now it has flared up again  I would love some suggestions what to do ..Everything  I do doesn't stop the burning.

HELP this is the pits  ...

    Hi Rona. I was diagnosed this past oct no biopsy - urogyno said archicture is changing. I don’t have white patches but I do have burning and bad discomfort. I also use estrogen cream internally 2-3 times a week for dryness. I’m 70 so way past menapause. I’m sensitive to many creams. I tried coconut oil and it burned me. The dr told me to use unscented zinc o fax as a barrier. I find that  pure Vaseline helps somewhat but the burning comes back  I also get itchy from time to time as well. There are many ladies on this forum who use different remedies that work for them. We’re all different. The burning is the worst

      the estrogen does not help the burning and itch at all. Not very encouraging - sorry
