Treatment for SVT, pressure on the heart where the extra beat is

Hi I have had SVT for over 10 years now.

I used to go A&E and have a injection to 'reset the heart.

Then I managed by using the valsalva manover.

Now I have discovered something that works all the time.

when I get SVT, I lay down on my left hand side and put pressure on my heart by laying down on my left with my arm underneath, this puts pressure on the part of the heart that make it beat faster and pushes it so that the heartbeat resumes back to normal. works every time, miracle cure.
