Treatment for tight foreskin

Posted , 4 users are following.

When I was 18 I found out that I was supposed to rectract my foreskin. I started to do some stretching and was able to expose my glans, but it still hurts a little when it is erect, for this "ring" is very tight and on my frenulum.

Is there any way I can solve this problem without surgery? Also, is my frenulum normal, or it is too stretched?

What age are you now? How long a period of time were you doing the stretches? Months? weeks?

It is possible your frenulum did not develop sufficient elasticity and suppleness, and short ones need an extended period of stretching to improve functionality.

My suggestion would be you did not do the stretches for long enough and had only achieved partial success - you may even need to start the process of stretching from the beginning.

So, I use the gym exercise analogy: start real easy - do minimal repartitions 2 or 3 times a week where you hold the stretch briefly. Every 3 to 5 weeks you add additional repartitions and hold the stretch for a longer count - that kind of approach.

Were you doing different types of stretch exercises or really just one ...... ?

Hi. I'm 26 now. Back then I just pulled a little more everyday, very patiently. It was a few weeks until I was able to fully rectract. Problem is that even now, 8 years later, I still feel the ridged band strangling the bottom of my glans when it is erect.

Is there an specific way to exercise it?

The only way to find out whether regular stretching will resolve what you have is to actually do them. What will have happened is that yo most likely made initial progress but due to not continuing to a point where all issues were addressed, and given the time factor, it is most likely most if not all the benefit you achieved has been lost.

I suggest you do a search for the following as I am unable to post external web site links on here:

        .

Take a look and try them - particularly in a warm shower. Once you have started I can suggest 2 simple exercises you can do at any time. You need to be doing regular exercises for 4 to 5 weeks before I detail what they are.

As I say, I suggest the gym exercise approach where you start real easy and build gradually on what you are doing. If you encounter problems you stop stretching for 2 to 3 weeks and start again either at the beginning or at a much lower point than you had progress to.

I would suggest you will need to do the exercises regularly starting by doing them twice a week - the important thing is that you do not use force and stop if you feel pain. I would suggest that you build to a point that after 5 or 6 months - and if you have experienced no problems that you would be doing the exercises twice a day.

The only other approach is surgery - so, in simple terms you need to choose which option you want, and see it through to getting the best result possible ......

It doesn't look too stretched in those photos. If it's still too tight when erect it might need stretched further
