Has anyone found a way to treat their VP? I know its benign and doesn't spread but i just don't like the look and feel of it. Has anyone tried any home remedies etc. that have helped reduce them even? I know that it is the female version of pearly penile papules and there seems to be multiple home remedies for that so there has to be something for us.

As far as I know,there are no home remedies. Its always advisable to leave it alone as trying to get rid of it can make it worse. It can be removed surgically or with laser or cryotherapy. Maybe someone will come up with their home remedy but do be cautious.
