treatment resistant depression

I've been dealing with depression for the last ten years without any intervention that has been beneficial.  I've been on every ssri-snri on the market and with no benefit.  However, I'm now on mirtazapine and I believe it might be helping, at the very least with sleep.

Has doc mentioned Cymbalta?  I'm on 7.5 mgs of Mirt -- enough to help with sleep but not depression

I'm the same as you. I was on 375mg venlafaxine plus 15mg Mirtazapine and it hasn't worked. I'm coming off the venlafaxine and upping the mitazpine to 30mg. Let's see what happens

I was on both SSRIs and SNRI  (still on Mirt at 7.5 for sleep)  Has doc mentioned Cymbalta or have you already tried that?
