I do not understand this form of tremor I am having. It only occurs when I sleep on my right side. Immediately after rotating to my back or left side a tremor starts in my right hand. Actually it starts right after I lift my right arm. I can stop it by simply holding my hand. Has anyone experience this condition??

Yes I experience what you describe, only happens if I move my right arm, I am told it is a task specific essential tremor.
