Hi, can anyone help at all. I had my tribunal hearing today for PIP and they have overturned DWP decision and have awarded me low rate for living and mobility. What happens now and does anyone know about back pay etc? Thank you

Hi Danielle, first of all congratulations! When I was awarded PIP they backdated the payments to the date of my original application, so I would imagine that would be what happens with you. I got that in a lump sum. My regular payments go in once a month.

    Hi Danielle,

You will get back paid to the day you applied for it,From then on once a month,Well done for appealing the decision an winning,Back pay should be within the Month or maybe sooner,Well done again, quite sure the DWP think we will curl up an go away,my whole claim took just under a year.
