Hmmmmm, OCD is based around ritual and set patterns of behaviour. You're not going crazy sweetie. Please try not to worry. (easier said that done, I know) Have you ever tried deep breathing as a form of relaxation? I would try it. If things don't get better, I would pop in for a chat with your doctor.x

Thank you for your reply. I have extreme anxiety so think I am just overthinking. Actually can't relax or anything. Never feel like I can shut off from my thoughts sad

OK, try this. Sit in a comfy chair and close your eyes. Place your hands, palms down, on your abdomen with the tips of your middle fingers touching. Take a deep breath in until the tips of your fingers move apart. Then slowly breathe out, letting the tips of your fingers touch again. As you're doing this, picture a running tap in your mind. Put all your anxiety, bit by bit into that water and let it all flow away from you. (((hugs))) x
