Trigeminal Neuralgia

I've been having a dull ache on the left side of my face for a little over a month. It's pretty dull but uncomfortable. I feel it in my upper jaw, in front of my ear and left temple. I've had very dull toothaches which don't hurt too much about twice now. Also, I get these pressure headaches which make my head feel heavy and a pressure/ringing in my ears (makes me feel like I hear my bloodflow in my ears).

Overall, it's not too painful and I can easily ignore it if I'm busy doing something else.

Stress/Anxiety is the main trigger.

Could this be TN? Or TMJ?
