Yesterday was my first day. I got a really painful neck all night. Today (and yesterday) I have bloody nose blowing and notice the inner lining of the nose weeps blood and then scabs over. It does not actually bleed. Otherwise today I feel fine.
Advice appreciated as the advice I've found seems to be saying check back with the Dr.

It depends how often this happens, if it happens often, then its time to see the doctor, but if it happened just one time, then do not worry too much about it.
