I have this and been told no cure, just pain killers, it might go away and then it might come back, not very helpful,
can anyone tell me what will help with the pain and not give me constipation,

I have had this in both my hips for the past 20+ years. It comes and goes thank the Lord. When it flares up l can hardly walk, the only thing that helps when they are hurting is cortisone injections into the bursa. Oh and a hot water bottle and rest. Using a topical cream sometimes helps like pain away or something like that. Hope this helps l know what it's like and l feel for you.
