hi has anyone been diagnosed with trochanterc bursitis after having a hip replaced . If so would love to hear about how it feels to you ,how it was diagnosed ,and how it's treated .

don’t know if this will help but I had terrible groin pain after my hip operation and ended up seeing four surgeons! Needless to say they all had different opinions but one of them did think it was bursitus. I think diagnosing what causes the groin pain is extremely difficult. The good news was after a few months it eased up without any invasive treatment.
