lately i have had this problem. not knowing what it was naturally i went to go get tested for std's. everything came back negative except for hsv1. im not sure what that looks like on your penis so i took some pictures. stated to appear about a month ago and has yet disappear in any shape or form. theres no break as in it goes away and comes back. its just there. one minute everything is fine next thing i know i want scrape the skin off my dick with a cheese grater. after the itch goes away the skin tends to dry up and become flaky. other times it feels like my skin is burning with a slight moist feel to it. im just curious and its really frustrating. id go to the doctor but i have no insurance and cannot afford any more medical billsimageimage

    there are no open sores. the red parts themselves do not itch or burn. there is no puss or oozing fluids.

    you probly have hsv1 genitally.. (herpes) nit all herpes outbreaks look feel or act the same... i have herpes myself and there is a wide array of symptoms ... its not always an open sore
