    Hi Sean

This happened to me I started on 50 but then upped to 100 2 months later i was on 100 for approx 6 months and then felt it creep back in so I'm now on 125 and anxiety free again. However I think there are other things I can do to manage my anxiety like diet and exercise I think these things really contribute and this is where I need to focus so I can eventually decrease my dose as like you I don't want to up my dose again because where does it end ? But then on the other hand I think well if it makes me feel better what's the harm in taking it ? How long have you been on your increased dose ?

Yes, every time I increase my dose I feel worse before I feel better. See my other response. 25mg and 50mg are very low doses to help you titrate to your correct dose. I’ve been told that the doses are 100mg, 150mg and 200mg. The other doses are really for titration purposes. I am currently been on 100mg. Been at 150mg before and 12.5mg, too (LOL). Take care.
