The last couple weeks my wife has noticed that my hearing has significantly worsened and no its not selective hearing THIS TIME lol. My ears always feel "full" with a distinct clicking sound when swallowing .
I purchased an ear wax removal tool that has a lit camera and found white on my eardrums. Any advise as to what it could be? Is that the cause of my hearing issues?

All doctors cringe when a patient mentions these devices so now you have looked at your ear, please put the ear wax tool away and dont use again!
The whiteness may be calcium deposits which can affect the hearing. Dont put anything else in your ears. But please see your doctor or an ENT consultant. This is not dangerous or serious, but to preserve your hearing you need assessment by a professional.
