Please can you advise what I should do next?

I cannot get online to make an appointment with my GP. Yet my password and user ID are correct as I have accessed your discussion forum successfully. Your website keeps locking me out for an hour of cooling off time after three failed attempts. It is raising my stress levels when I am already unwell.

    Help!

PS I am deaf and cannot phone my surgery

The Patient Access User ID and Password are different to the ones used to login to the Discussion Forum. I've alerted the Administrator to your predicament so hopefully they'll get back to you sometime tomorrow morning via a Private Message.

    Take care smile
