Trouble sleeping weeks prior to B12 injection.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has this same problem and if it's normal but two to three weeks before my B12 Injection I usually start to have trouble with sleeping I wake up every hour or two through the night every night which causes me to feel more tired than usual as if I haven't even slept. I don't have trouble sleeping once i've had my injection it just always happens the few weeks running up to my next injection date. Is this normal? and does anybody have any tips on how to get a better sleep? I've never trouble with sleeping before.
