Trouble Swallowing

Hello,
Ive been suffering on and off for around 9months.
It started with a problem swallowing like something was stuck in my throat.
I find it consciously difficult to swallow, not necessarily during eating just as you swallow normally throughout the day and wouldnt even realise doing it.
I would get a tightness around the breastbone too. First GP visit, as id recently had sinisitus, gave me a nasal decongestant to see if it was a build up in my throat from that.
I then got some Omperazole on the next visit to see if it was acid reflux and suggested the throat feeling can be really down towards the stomach. These didnt work. My dad suffers acid reflux and only lansoprazole worked for him so asked my doctor to try these instead.
Didnt get any better. Ive had the Camera down, found no problems and didnt take any samples from inside, said throat muscles looked a bit warn and suggested barium.
Visited doctor again, now trying Pantoprazole 20mg. Again no differences, I thought made worse so alternate between those and my remaining lansoprazole.
Ive since that the Barium Swallow test with it feeling very difficult to swallow. Came back all clear.
Something definitely not right, its hard to describe how it feels when swallowing, its like i cant swallow probably and feels like. Usually just after ive swallowed a drink or food i feel it going down like a gurgling, like some gets stuck in my throat then releases.
Has anyone else had problems like this, Ive done reading about hiatus hernia, surely if i had this the camera would have found it, although when i had camera, it didnt feel too bad, unlike now.
At no stage has my diet been mentioned if it really is acid reflux and possibly not got th correct tablet or dosages correct yet
Where do I go from hear?

Could the swallowing difficulties actually be due to your cricopharyngeus (upper oesophageal sphincter muscle) not working correctly? It can spasm giving th efeeling of a lump in the throat (globus).

Its sounds very similar as ive never had any burning, what im told ingestion feels like, just tightness in chest at times.
The muscle - cricopharyngeus - possibly what I was told after having the camera down looked warn, just said throat muscles to me.
I can swallow food and drinks fine, I have had sinus issues in the past. Recently had cold few and do feel like ive been bring up more mucus, well a little but feeling like i should be bringing up more. I got a nasal steroid decongestant as at the time i couldnt hear properly, i have ear pressure issues, popping etc.
I know when my grandad had acid reflux he could barely eat and would choke. A colleague at work has exact same issues as me, same tests and nothing and given Domperidone to try.
I do have stress issues with work and life in general. I did mention this to GP recently, who gave me some Anti Depressants, after a week stopped them as thought my bad swallowing/stomach was feeling worse and might be being made worse as many years ago before swallowing issues, a tablet like this did give me acid reflux lol. You cant win trying to make yourself better.

As soon as i get up and can feel like somethings in my throat and swallowing wierd. Tried the whole big glass of water and jumping up and down in the event it was a hiatus hernia, only ever got relief for a few seconds and my camera didnt find anything like that.
I drink an aloe vera gel every morning as its supposed to be very good for you, I had hoped whatever my problem going on inside was would be cured aswell, no such luck.
Will have to go back to the doctors next week, wish i knew what was causing it.
Is there another tablet to try, initially tried omperazole and then the two above.
