Trouble with a male yeast infection

ive had thrush for over a month on and around my penis.

ive spent near £100 on cream and flucozanole.

the doctor has now prescribed me cream 2% miconazole nitrate 1%hydrocortisone and 7x 50mg doses. the doctor had me in and out quick only visually assessing the condition.

before i was using cloromtrizole 2% and taking 200mg of flucozonale every 3 days. which worked better. but cream alone doesnt work.

my symptoms are getting worse with the prescription. has anyone got advice as the rash is slowly spreading and getting worse. im on my 3rd 50mg flucozanole dose. its really starting to effect my mental health.
