I used ovulation test kit for tracking my ovulation period but test results negative all the time. I what to know that how much time my ovaries will take to work properly.

My RE told me that getting ovarian dermoids removed can hurt your ovarian reserve (doesn't always, but can)..if I were you, I would go talk to your OB or see a fertility specialist and have a cycle day 3 bloodwork drawn to see how your reserve is.
You may just need clomid or Femara to help you ovulate! I would think if you had the surgery in November, you should be ovulating by now.
Did they say how much tissue was removed with the cysts?

I would maybe go now. Just to ask why you haven't had a period.
But they might want to do the cycle day 3 bloodwork once you do start!
Good luck. I'm sure they'll figure something out for you!
