Hi everyone I got married a year ago this month and have been trying for the last 10months to get pregnant I am 28years old I don't smoke and drink the odd glass of wine nothing major ( same applies to my husband ) Anyway the first few months of "trying" I didn't really think much about it but for the last 4 to 5 months I have been really trying... taking prenatal tablets omega 3 following an ovulation app and following my bodies signs such as temperature cervical mucus etc!!! I'm not worried and doctors don't seem to have any concerns just wanted to speak to people to get some hints tips and reassurance!!! People are saying relax and don't try so hard but that is near enough impossible!!! Look forward to hearing some fedback and stories!!

    Hi girl,

if you do not have any history of pain during your period or other diseases then it best for you and for your hubby that you relax.

By trying too hard is detrimental as it becomes sort of psycho.

so relax, do not look at your cycle, to know when you are fertile or not.... and so on. Only enjoy with your man. If after a full year of relax sex if you are not pregnant then you should insist to that both you and your hubby has all the checks.

    good luck

Aww Sara thanks for your reply!! I had the 21day test done on my ovulation levels and it came back high so I know I ovulated this month, doctors have no concerns, My husband hasn't had any tests done yet as I don't think we need to go down that road just yet!!! I have tried not to check my ovulation but it's soo hard, my husband went soft ( TMI ) twice during my ovulation week and I honestly think it was down to us both putting too much pressure on ourselves!! I am noe 3 days from period and have soo many pregnancy symptoms but I do think i imagine some of them as i want to conceive so much!!! Very frustrating!!
