Trying to find my place.. fibro symptoms??

Hello everyone. Been suffering for about a year now with a slew of baffling symptoms. It started with pins and needles in my hands and feet almost feeling like they were being cut off with a tourniquet. I began to have severe muscle stiffness and aching in my quads and shoulders and triceps. I have buzzing feeling in my muscles and also have developed muscle twitching. Have had multiple blood work UPS testing for numerous conditions with no avail. Have had and evoked potential test and MRI of the brain and cervical spine return all negative. I am awaiting an EMG test. It seems like everyday I have a new pain or symptom somewhere. And my anxiety only seems to continue to get worse with every new symptom. Does this fit the bill with anyone else here? Thank you in advance.

The symptoms you’ve described are similar to mine- I have not gotten a diagnosis but I know from research and networking with others who have fibromyalgia rhat these are symptoms of it. They vary in individuals but are similar in fatigue, tender spots, random pain or aching’for no reason...

I’m about to try hemp oil- there is also a better oil cbd oil 100% is the best from what I’ve read- but do your research- some people do well on prescription medicine I want to try the alternatives first-

Some vitamins and supplements help you may want to research them there’s no cure and no one method will helpful for everyone... routine and good diet can help.  Testing with a neurologist or rheumatologist is only way to get a diagnosis.

    Stay healthy!
