Do you know what type of cysts they are? That can determine how hard/easy it might be.

Also, are the fibroids on your ovary?

I don’t know much about fibroids, but I do know that removing certain types of ovarian cysts can damage ovarian reserve. Your best bet is to talk to a reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist) before making the decision. They are the ones who will try to preserve your fertility the most.

I had a regular gynecologist tell me I had to remove my dermoid cyst before trying. Got a second opinion from a reproductive endocrinologist who said that I shouldn’t remove it until after I got pregnant.

I listened to the fertility specialist and went ahead with ttc, and am currently 16 weeks pregnant with one ovary missing and a 4cm dermoid on the other one. All is well!

Good luck! Definitely look into your options!
