Trying to go all natural for anxiety depression

Has anyone tried Ashwagandha? Does it work? The reviews on Amazon are really good. I want to order some, but want to hear from you ladies first. I want to get off the Trazodone and the occasional Valium.

Hi, I don't know anything about the Ashwagandha, but like you, I did not want to take any prescribed meds, other than the hrt, so I took magnesium in the form of cell salts, or tissue salts is another name for them. You can also take kali phos for nerves and anxiety. I took the two and also used magnesium oil (the night time one as I couldn't sleep) and they helped hugely. Doctors prescribe to suit the individual symptoms, and you can find yourself on several different meds which can also be addictive. Try the cell salts, as they are non addictive and many people are low in magnesium. They work!

I use Bach's Remedies remedies with great success.  Google them and go through the 38 remedies they carry, you will find the one for you.  They work very well.

I take it and it has helped me immensely. I take a few other things too including magnesium at night. Magnesium will also help get rid of any cramps too. Which I had known that 30 years ago!

I don't get panic attacks, hot flashes, or major anxiety anymore because of it. It really has changed me as a person. My doctor swears by it!
