Trying to lose weight

Hello,

I'm sorry if this isn't allowed but I am a 30 year old Female I have PCOS which has caused a gain in weight and health issues. I was recently told I have sleep apena I do also suffer from major anxiety which has made my anxiety so much worse as every time I took at the machine it makes me panic at the thought of putting that mask on even if it does just go under my nose. I have started the process to have the Gastric sleeve done in Aug. I'm already currently trying to lose weight cause I have a goal to be off the C-pap by Oct Nov at the latest. Have any of you had the sleeve done and what was your experience I am currently taking medicine for my Pre diabeties and its helping me lose weight a little but i know with both the meds and my surgery I have to do my part. any tips or advice are welcome

it is best to do some little exercises to make and help gwt calm.here is a link for simple but slow ones from home
