That's pretty high and would suggest hypothyroidism. Anything above a 4 indicates hypothyroidism. Unless you meant to type 2.51 then that would be considered within normal range. However the 25.1 is definitely high if that's what yours is!

TSH of 25 is extremely high. You tend to get high TSH with hypothyroidism. Particularly, Grave's disease can show very high TSH.
