TUIP Recovery Question

Hello,

I am a 32 year old male who had a TUIP (not TURP, this is where they make incisions in the prostate to relieve urinary symptoms, not as major), and am 7 days removed from surgery, 5 days removed from having catheter out. No complications, minor tenderness sometimes but nothing bad at all. Stream much improved.

My question concerns sex/masturbation: how long do I need go wait to do either? What are the risks/dangers of doing it too soon? Thank you!
