Discomfort under right ribs which goes through to back. I get a twinge there a few seconds after swallowing food and drink. Also discomfort before belching. Some days worse than others. Feels worse in back with movement. Taking 30mg Lansoprazole so no acid. Could it be hiatus hernia?
