Tummy pains

so im 2 years after bowel surgery, during my c section the surgeon snipped my bowel and then apparently fixed it, 5 weeks after my bowel was blocked ready to explode so back in surgery to fix it leaving my 5 week old baby with his dad at home.

anyway 2 years i can feel the stomache cramps, the gurgiling, not making it to the toilet and pain before and after gas...ive rang gp he said to get my bloods took? not sure what to do?! anyone experienced something similar?..
