Sorry I saw your post and was thinking the exact same thing about the Alice in wonderland syndrome today at school. I used to feel a lot when I was younger and the tele would seem 10x further away then it was. By mentioning a stigma do you mean astigmatism because you could be short sighted or something? I've been having the same struggle as you for a few months now about having a brain tumour and by knowing I felt this same feeling about the Alice syndrome year ago it helps to reassure me that I would have had greater symptoms or having a tumour at this point. Any other sytmptoms you have could be down to migraines if you suffer from them? Hope you start to feel better soon though as I know what it's like to constantly feel like you're dying.

Yeah that's what I meant lol got one very lazy eye ... I feel like a physco when I wrote Alice in wonderland syndrome but I honestly thought this person was joking until I read it up and yes it feels as though everything is far away although I feel really big it's so strange I did think to myself if it was a tumour I wouldn't of had it when I was younger and still be here now yes I do suffer migrain but it's strange that I got them both together cause I never put them together as a link before but I have just read up migrain can acually cause this Alice thing it's do strange and thank you so much for your reply everyday is a struggle and a new symtoms or a new find of what I can be dying from one big nightmare 😕 x

Have you had your eyes tested recently? Your eyes can be a massive indicator or your health as well and the optician is able to see if you optic nerve is inflamed due to a tumour. You don't sound mad thinking these things as for someone with anxiety they're normal everyday thoughts. You just need to keep making sure they're kept under control as if you did have any thing wrong with you it would be obvious by now. Have you been under any larger forms of stress recntly to cause more migraines or even caffeine can sometimes? Your welcome, comments like this help me a lot so I just wanted to try help other people on her too! You really are not alone in this! X

No have not had them.tested since I was about 13 I used to have panic attacks when they put the light in my eyes everything used to go purple and I'd see like spider veins all over in my eye sight so I never wanted to go my parents used to have to drag me crying I suppose it then turned into a fear of going lol

It's acually my time of month and I do get hormonal migrain so does explain it just can't help these horrible thoughts xx

Maybe if you feel up for it you should have an other eye test, it will help to ease your thoughts further if you're still worrying at lot. It is very hard to get these sort of thoughts out of your head but the chancing of having a tumour are tiny and one thing I've learnt is to never Google your symptoms. Your brain can actually trick into thinking you have symtpoms sometimes. Hope you do start to feel better and it must be so annoying having period problems like you!xx

hi ive never heard of alice in wonderland syndrome but i suffer from shooting dull pains in my head and also achyness around my temples and eyes it could be a number or things causing your pain other than a brain tumor and rarely brain tumors cause headaches but sometimes they do when the tumor is big enough to apply pressure to the brain tumors usually cause serious disabiltly and i also get pressure behind my nose and head  but think its a side effect from my medication
