Turmeric?

After getting myself off of Nortypyline, I found a lot of my symptoms coming back. Low level depression, anxiety, insomnia and of course, waking up daily with headaches and/or migraines. I was almost ready to go back onto the drug when I discovered by accident that 99% of my headaches went away when I took Turmeric Curcumin (with black pepper) . My doctor has never heard of this but I was able to find some anecdotal evidence by searching the web. It has to be Curcumin. Give it a try if you like, and let me know how it works for you.

I'm still working on resolving the rest of my medical issues. Getting exercise helps a lot!

I purchased some online on Amazon. I take it at night. If I forget to take it, I wake up with a headache, sometimes a migraine. It doesn't seem like I need to take that much of it. I purchased their bestseller version because it was inexpensive and the daily dose is 3 tablets. I only take one.
