Galbladder removal can trigger complications like IBS and bile acid malabsorption.  A twitching stomach is an IBS symptom. I have had twitching in my stomach with IBS.  I noticed it on the day I was diagnosed.  Pain/discomfort during or after eating is common with Irritable Bowel. Maybe a food diary would help to uncover any food intolerances.

Also see your doctor again and ask to see a GI specialist.

You may need tests to rule out other problems but if nothing else shows up, IBS is the diagnosis.

Today about 1 hr after breakfast, my holiday mood almost ruined by pain... My epigastric suddenly pain. Avoid whatever you ate for breakfast in case that triggered pain.

I've never had any stomach surgery to judge this  but if you have noticed something unusual post op, ask your doctor or get referred again to your surgeon.
