So over a month ago these two lesions appeared on the head of my penis and I'm unsure of what they are?

It has never itched, discharged or changed. It's been the same since it appeared and has not changed. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? In terms of sexual activity I did engage with it about a month ago, protected, and I can't seem to remember it appearing afterwards or if it was there before so I'm not sure of the cause. what does it look like and what could it be?

    Hi

I state that I'm not a doctor, but I have been dealing with a genital situation that has been a bit tiring for quite some time, so I have done a lot of tests.

The first thing you advise you to do is obviously contact a doctor who specializes in genital skin diseases: The dermatologist.

This will likely give you steroid or antibacterial antifungal creams.

Your situation, from what I see, could be:

To rule out infections 100%, you could do a number of things at a testing center:

    • Glans swab
    • Urine analysis
    • Semen analysis
    • Urethral swab

If everything is negative, it could be a skin problem:

    • If the doctor cannot understand what it is, it might be useful to perform a "punch biopsy" of the stain that came out on your glans, in order to understand EXACTLY what appeared to you.

I hope to be proved helpful. Keep us updated.

The doctor took all the tests and all came back negative. I've been on anti fungal cream but not sure I'm seeing a difference, here's an update:

The doctor performed you a biopsy too?

If everything come back negative, it could be a skin condition, and to understand that, it is necessary a biopsy of the lesion appeared on the glans.

my guess is either excema or lichen planus.

do you have white lines, in a pattern or forming circular shapes under the skin on other areas of the penis?

check my other posts for suggestions on alternative medecine treatment suggestions for LP.

i want to encourage people to try and heal themselves through systematic natural therapy such as ayruveda.

western medecine leaves you helpless and in the dark with such issues.

ayruveda and other systems such as chinese medecine etc will directly give you a way forward not just to treat the symptoms but to rebalance and heal your whole body, mind and soul.

they understand that this issue is not random, it is caused by imbalance in the fundamental elements of the body, you have to begin addressing these things.

i am sure the people suffering from conditions of LP and other similar issues have other big imbalances going on, in their mind and body.

i encourage you to consider taking aloe vera juice every morning 50ml, to ear a nourishing diet, eat whole organic lemons including the skin and start taking medicinal mushroom tincture preferably lions mane. start giving yourself full body massage with alot of oil such as jojoba and sesame. then after some time take hot shower, steam etc. use aloe and jojoba on penis.

nourish the whole organism of the skin with jojoba and other oils high in vit e and a.

reduce stress, eat very healthy nourishing organic food.

dont be left helpless in the dark with dangerous steroid cream and no help.

take control with a holistic aproach to your health and not only this problem can go but you can begin a path to a much deeper level of health and wellbeing.

seek a trustworth, caring ayrivedic or other kind of holistic therapist for help.

      good luck.
