Two lumps and breast pain 33 years old

hi,

i was experiencing pain in my right breast in July. and it wasnt necessarily pain, just a fullness or heavy feeling in my breast. I made an appointment with my NP and she felt a lump. I went for a mammogram and ultrasound and they said they saw two small lumps, probably lymph nodes. but they couldn't tell. my paperwork says its classified as a Birads 3, probably benign but they cant say for sure. I had recently changed my birth control and they said that could be the problem. i have a follow up scan in October. I have continued to experience pain and a weird feeling. i am constantly checking my breast for changes, I am horrible with doing self exams and don't know how to do them properly. has anyone else been told Lymph nodes or received a Birads 3?
