Thank you for your answer.Yes i have social anxiety, because of this i am always under stress. I started going gym and eating healthy to feel better. One thing i noticed, its becoming worse when i sweat. I had two other spots on glands but it healed in two weeks. This two are already 2 months.

obviously one has to recommend seeing a doctor, hopefully a good specialist.
for me i have very limited faith in the western system when it comes to these things, but if you have something that can be treated then please do seek attention and see if it can be addressed especially if it continues/gets worse. you do not want to neglect it.
i wholehartedly recommend you take this issue as a calling to truly deal with anxiety and continue trying to stay and eat healthy.
the skin can reveal many imbalances in the body/mind. take it as a message as if from a friend saying you need to change something in your life, you need to adjust your lifestyle.
the best thing you can do is meditation and or allowing yourself to completly relax your body lying down and deeply breathe naturally following the natural breath.
the body is constantly changing, . it can do you no harm, only good and possibly heal whatever may be wrong if you dilligently make such changes with some decent consistency.
i personally suggest aloe vera juice every morning on empty stomach 50ml
take turmeric in food and as a shot in warm water in the evening.
take ashwandangha root powder daily
take medicinal mushroom powder (reshi/lions mane etc) daily as a coffee/tea replacement with hot water.
i like neem oil, very inexpensive and excellent for skin, you can try applying a little topically to the area,( it has a strong odour)
that is alot to work on and to integrate.
do not dispair, social anxiety is only something for you to see and overcome, it has no reality but you need to feel in to your body in to your breath in to silence in to spirit etc not overfeeding the mind. just as overfeeding the
body makes for obesity, overfeeding the mind unnecessary, excessive and unhealthy thoughts makes for anxiety.
so make the changes, try to be consistent and regular and with due patience the law of cause and effect will take care of the rest.
and in the meantime see a good doctor and get a professional opinion.
