Two weeks of abdominal discomfort

I've had abdominal discomfort that comes and goes for two weeks. I feel it on my left, front, right stomach but it's mainly on the left side.

aside from that, I've had urethra stinging for three weeks.

i took a full panel STD test and everything came back negative. I took two urinalysis tests and the first one came back abnormal but the second one clean.

the doctor said she doesn't think it's an STD, UTI or kidney stones.
