It is an indication of diabetes that needs treatment. Metformin is a common first drug that is tried.

how do you know? did you test it? if so then you know you have diabetes and how important it is to lower sugar levels. there are meds to inject to help lower the levels . diet is important ... plz check with you doctor for various other meds for your needs.
