Types of emphysema : I think I could have two

Has anyone ever had or suffered from a combination of types?  The most common is centrilobular.  Panlobular affects the lower lobes also and seems much more extensive.  Yiu can have one or both -  plus two other types, but my question is re: panlobular and centrilobular.    I am very concerned that an older CT showed both.  I am at mild but very scared about having both types.  I do not think I have the a -? Deficiency.  My spirometry is good thus far, normal.  Any help greatly appreciated.
