Tyson glands!?!? Should I be worried?

im 18 years old ive been having these little bumps around my frenulum for abt 4 years now i believe they appeared before i lost my virginty im not 100% sure but ive been a little worried recently 2 more bumps came in i really want to know what should i do i have no other bumps or anything in the past ive had std Both types got them clean years back i just really want answers and help like the only thing i can really think is herpes HIV or something Just life changing im young as hell and i just want to know what should i do i will put lictures on the bottom ,Thank you !imageimage

    Dear Trevor,

    Your photos show Tyson's glands, which are collections of sebaceous glands close to the frenulum. They are not harmful and tend to become more prominent during adolescence as a feature of sexual maturity- like facial and pubic hair growth, scrotal and penile enlargement etc.

      If you can find someone with a medical laser and you have plenty of $$$ then anything is possible. Most mere mortals leave them alone. They are a normal part of genital anatomy.

    ok so ive been getting upset with them picking at them an some start bleeding bleeding is not abnormal but im still scared:( and also thanks for the info i wish i wouldve look at this sooner
