UC and chest pains?

last Thursday I streets getting a terrible sensation in my chest when breathing. I was sent into hospital and had a chest X-ray, vq scan and ct scan. All were inconclusive and the chest pains subsided due to antibiotics I think until the Sunday when they returned ( I had to wait 7 hours to be discharged and I didn't have the antibiotics ). Leaving the hospital I actually felt worse than when I'd gone in but I took my course of antibiotics and I feel okay now. My chest felt so tight and sore when breathing I thought I was having a heart attack.

Has anyone else experienced chest/breathing issues with UC?

Thank you
