uc can make you tired

I have UC and the only thing that I have tried naturally to help me is is slippery elm .I Do not want to take med because of the nasty side effects and I take vitamin B12 which is a powder that I put in my water I get at Sam's club before I exercise and it gives me more energy and I make sure that I exercise at least 4 to 5 days a week and I watch my diet sugar is my trigger and stress if I get gas pains I juice a shot of ginger it helps every time.     Have a look into DGL/deglycyrrhizinated licorice.

    Take 20 minutes before every meal, chew it all up until its fully turned into saliva then swallow.

    Dosage depending on the strength , which mine are high so i can only take 2.
