Ugh, panic attacks

So the weather has been unseasonably warm with lots of rain and now I've got sinus issues and a cough. I was home yesterday with this along with a terrible headache. The headache is gone now, thanks to Tylenol and prescription nasal spray for congestion, but the cough persists, and I woke up early this morning having a panic attack. Now, I'm at work, still coughing, trying to figure out why the cough is making me panic??! I had a little spotting this morning, too, so I'm not sure if I'm trying to start a period. Feeling very down about things, too, and between the headache, the cough, the weather, and the peri, I spent most of yesterday in bed. The good thing about being at work is being around other people, but I keep having to remind myself to breathe, that the cough can be treated and the panic will go away eventually. I am getting paranoid that the cough is something bad even though it's gone on for days with this crazy weather. Stupid peri!

The flu test result was negative. She said it may be a sinus infection or not and gave me the appropriate medications and instructions. Glad I went because it has definitely been a terrible flu season. Thanks for checking in! 🌸

I hear you Liz!
Today I have been having bad brain fog. Which brings on my anxiety. My boobs have been soar for days. I haven't had a period since September. I hate feeling like I have no control over my thoughts and brain! Hate peri

Anetta, I'm sorry you're feeling unwell. I get vertigo on rare occasion and have Crohn's disease along with peri, so I understand the digestive side, too. Take care!

Wel I suspect Crohn's as wel because the recent severe bloating and often diarrhea is just too much.

I’ve had Crohn’s for over 21 years. It may or may not be that, but if you have symptoms, find a good GI specialist and get an evaluation. There are other things with similar symptoms. Could be the peri. Take care. 🌸
