Ulcer and Peeling Skin? Is this Herpes?

About two days ago I noticed my clit was slightly red. I didn’t think anything of it. My period was on its way and I experienced some vaginal dryness, which I normally do prior to my period. No discomfort. Then the next day I had an open sore. It looked like skin peeling on my clit, or a small ulcer. It’s flat and pink, no pus of bleeding. It does not hurt, does not sting. Peeing is normal for me. There’s only one that I can see. No discharge, nothing weird. I can’t see my Gyno till next month so I would like some help in knowing what this is, if anyone has had something like this? I have a photo not sure how to add it?

    She didn't notice it until I did. She didn't have any pain or discomfort either. Some outbreaks weren't painful. I would definitely get it checked out.

      Yeah I will. Very strange no fluid or pus and it’s been 2-3 days and it’s faded back into my skin with no crust and no blister. 

      Did she have a swab or blood test? HSV1 or 2?

    Hers will last a few days at time as well. She had a blood test done. Sometimes the swab won't show anything.

    did you find out what it was? I have the same thing and i am scared its something bad
