Ulcer *graphic*

I woke up yesterday and noticed itching and pain down there. I found a small ulcer that has progressed rapidly over the last 48 hours. now there are multiple. They were pink with granulating tissue at first, and now they have white slough covering them. My discharge is thick and white and i am having signs and symptoms of thrush. I am not a virgin, but haven't had sex in nearly 6 months. I have only had sex with one partner, and he has only ever had sex with me. The ulcers themselves are not painful, but i have generalized itching. I am making a doctors appointment first thing tomorrow but im terrified. I work in healthcare so it's not unlikely that i could have been exposed to something. The one picture is from this morning when i woke up, the other is from an hour ago.

hi that looks very sore I have no idea what that could be , apart from thrush do you think you have scratched down there in your sleep ?

no i havent been scratching. i wear thongs and after undressing a couple days ago i had some discomfort/itching. im wondering if it could be contact dermatitis from that underwear. it is even more painful today and seems to be getting deeper. i scheduled a doctors appointment for tomorrow so hopefully i get some answers. it hurts so much i can barely sit down or walk. thanks for the response.

Hello! I have a similar situation as you do. I have not been sexually active for more than 6 months. And a couple of days ago, I started having a burning pain while peeing. I took a look at my vagina and noticed that there were TWO ulcers/sores like yours in the second pics, and it hurts really bad. Do you have any updates on your situation?
