Ulcerative colitis and inflimab

I'm currently on inflimab ( humira didn't work for me) I've had 5 dosages and have noticed that my sinuses are terrible and I think I also have post nasal drip, sorry for the tmi but I cough up alot of phleam aswell throught out the day it wakes me up at night I'm at a loss at what to do I take a mixture or sudafed sinutabs drink plenty of water steam regularly gargle with salt water even have ginger honey and lemon tea twice a day I just don't know what to do
