Ulcers and dryness on vagina. What is this??

Hello. Im a virgin and have never had sex, however i woke up with a swollen vagina and alot of burning around 3 days ago. since then i have noticed ulcers forming and the skin becoming very dry and almost like scabs which i could pick off. like i said ive never had sex so i dont know what caused this. all i can think was i had alcohol the night this developed and i was very dehydrated that night. im also T1D and my blood sugars werent controlled well that day. can anyone help me because im scared its an STD because thats what google tells me yet surely thats impossible!

my symptoms are burning/stinging (not when peeing) , dryness
