How long did it take for your ulcers to heal ?

The ulcers took the longest to heal. I’d say about 2 weeks for me. I was told about a home remedy from a naturopath and it worked literally overnight. Mix bentonite clay, with liquid coconut oil, and a tiny dash of tee treevoil or lavendar. I’m not kidding when I tell you it dried out the ulcer overnight. Just apply it to lesion before bed and put something under you so it does get your sheets dirty.

That great information and if my come about again I will try that ! I’m

Still not if what I had was an extremely bad yeast infection/ reaction to the Monistat topical cream or herpes. I was mildly itching so I put the topical cream on and it started to burn like crazy. I washed it off in a hot bath then examined my lady bits. I then saw round like spot that didn’t look like ulcers but could have been they did not hurt though.  The next day they were still there but not as bad and by the next morning completly gone as nothing had ever happened. So I would say when I noticed them to when they were gone it was only 36 hours of having them ?  What’s your take on this

It sounds like you were just sensitive and had a bad reaction to the topical cream. The lesions BURN, and hurt like crazy, especially when urinating. They also last a decent amount of time since the skin is exposed and takes time to heal. To me it doesn’t sound like herpes if it healed so quickly and didn’t hurt or burn to pee. If you do get the bumps again I would recommend you see a doctor right away to examine them if you are worried they might be herpes.

That’s what I plan on doing ! I am also a natural red head so naturally I have very sensitive skin. What I can gather from all veterans is that blister or ulcer are extremely painful also they take a while to heal! Also this would of been my first outbreak and I hear that one is the worst would you agree

Also I see that some people may not have symptoms of herpes but everything I read is you will definitely know if you have an outbreak
